For each suggested donation of $100 made through the CureTracer page you will receive one chance to win Longhaulpaul’s 2022 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. CureTracer Tickets are LIMITED to a maximum of TEN tickets per individual.
Once all 300 tickets are sold, NO additional tickets will be available. Once all 300 tickets are sold, one winning ticket will be drawn live on Facebook. The time and date of the live drawing will be within 30 days of the last ticket sold. All ticket holders will receive an email with the date and time of the drawing.
Physical ticket stubs will be snail mailed to donors within 7-10 days of purchase, but are NOT needed to claim the prize. I will make every effort to personally ride and deliver the motorcycle to the winner in any of the lower 48 States. (I may ask for a ride to the airport afterwards!)The winner may also pick up or arrange for other transportation options. If the winner is not from the lower 48 States, it is the winner’s sole responsibility to pick-up and/or arrange for transportation elsewhere.
The motorcycle and accessories are free of any lien and the bike will come with a clear NH Title. Any taxes/duty or fees due are the responsibility of the winner. The motorcycle is registered and being ridden by the organizer to events promoting the raffle. It is being raffled as a used motorcycle and may show signs of normal wear and tear. As of June 1st, 2023 the total mileage showing on the odometer is just 600 miles. Specific accessories listed/included may change before the end of the raffle. In the extreme event the motorcycle is severely damaged or destroyed before a winner is drawn and an acceptable agreement to replace it cannot be reached in a reasonable timeframe with the insurance company, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund 100% of all ticket donations received.
