NUT on a BOLT RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES
GRAND PRIZE. The grand prize is the 2020 Yamaha Bolt Custom Chopper Motorcycle used by Longhaulpaul in the world record attempt fundraiser. The total value of the grand prize is to be determined. The motorcycle will be used for the coast to coast event as well as displayed at various motorcycle events and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear. Taxes, duties, licensing and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other donated prizes may be offered and will be raffled off at the same time.
HOW TO ENTER. The Nut on a BOLT raffle begins April 1, 2021. Official raffle ticket entry stubs accompanied with a donation will be entered automatically at the cumulative rate of one (1) entry for each $20.00 increment of donation, three (3) entries for each $50.00 increment of donation, eight (8) entries for each $100 increment of donation and fifty (50) entries for each $500.00 increment of donation to the charity MS Views and News, Inc. (e.g. a $20 donation provides five (5) official raffle ticket stub entries). Raffle tickets will be available on the website www.nutonabolt.com. Raffle ticket(s) purchased online will be filled out and entered by hand, and the stubs will be mailed to the donor provided a mailing address was provided when prompted by PayPal. Please allow a few days for tickets to be filled out and the stub(s) to be mailed out. This is not an automated process. Organizer may be traveling and tickets are also being sold by hand at events. The PayPal receipt to MS Views and News is your immediate proof of your donation/raffle ticket purchases. Tickets are also available through various supporting vendors, followers, subscribers and supporters of Longhaulpaul’s Chasing the Cure. Only raffle tickets returned with donations will be entered into the raffle. Please return official raffle ticket stubs that have been sold along with donations collected to the address listed on the website, or to Longhaulpaul at the Yamaha Display during any show or event where the World Record Motorcycle is being displayed or promoted. ONLY official raffle ticket stubs will be accepted for entry (no duplicates or photocopies). Donations may be made by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard via the website at www.NutonaBolt.com .

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Official raffle ticket entry stub may be requested without an accompanying donation by sending a request letter and a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Longhaulpaul Fundraiser Ticket Request , 37 Wedgewood Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053. Limit one (1) mail order raffle ticket per person. Fill out the raffle ticket stub and mail it back to Longhaulpaul Fundraiser Ticket Request , 37 Wedgewood Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053
ENTRY DEADLINES: All official raffle ticket entry stubs returned by mail must be postmarked no later than three (3) weeks prior to the drawing. All website and in-person transactions must be completed no later than one (1) day prior to the drawing. Neither the Charity, Longhaulpaul or supporting sponsors nor any of their employees or affiliates assumes any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By filling out the official raffle ticket entry stub properly, you will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted after the bike has been displayed at the 2021 IMS shows, date to be determined, but on or before 12/31/2021. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by telephone or email. Winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given Longhaulpaul, MSVN, Yamaha, or anyone they choose, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. Longhaulpaul and the event organizers shall have the right to make prize substitutions and modifications to these rules at their discretion.
ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Longhaulpaul, MSVN, and members of each of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. Grand Prize winner agrees to be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations, and winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees and miscellaneous costs related to the prize which he/she owes at time of receipt of Grand Prize. Winner shall be provided with a Form 1099 IRS tax document for the retail value of the Grand Prize.Longhaulpaul and event organizers will assist winner with prize delivery options to a location within the Lower 48 states.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE. The winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, agrees to release Longhaulpaul, MS. Views and News and Yamaha Motor Corp., and their officers, directors, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. Longhaulpaul, MSVN and Yamaha do not make, nor are responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
